Announcing The Author’s Block, LLC: Books, Courses, and Live Workshops for Leaders

I know it’s been a while. For the past several years, I’ve had my head buried in books or behind computer screens, helping my clients write over 45 books. 

While I loved writing (and writing and writing) for upwards of nine clients at a time (yes, that was one heck of a year), I realized this pace was untenable. No matter how much I wrote, there were still so many potential clients I had to turn away. 

It got me thinking, how could I help more clients write their books?

The answer seemed straightforward — courses, live events, and coaching and mentoring. But all of this is easier said than done. That is why I hired an excellent assistant, Richard, to help me grow and expand. He will assist me with my social media posts and course creation in the weeks ahead. And he already created this beautiful website. (Thank you, Richard!) 

While I have loved ghostwriting and will continue to complete the five books I am currently working on, in the future, I plan to limit the number of ghostwriting clients to two or three per year. This way, I can free up time to hit the road for speaking engagements, run in-person workshops, and help even more clients through my virtual classes and online coaching under my new company, The Author’s Block, LLC.

My goal is to help as many thought leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders share their hard-earned wisdom and experience with as many people as possible. Our world needs great ideas and inspiring messages of hope and purpose more than ever. My small way to help move the arch of history forward is to use my Creator-given talents to help others.

I have personally witnessed the impact my clients' books have had on their own lives and the lives of millions of people their books have collectively touched. I will continue to do this as long as I am able and as long as people have stories and ideas to share.

The pen truly is mightier than the sword.

Words matter. 

Books change lives.

Readers change themselves, and then the world. 

These things I believe and hold dear.
